  • Deposit: 50% deposit payment is needed to confirm your reservation.
  • Rates excludes a R1000 key/breakage deposit paid in cash or card on check-in.
  • Refundable deposit: Within 3 working days of departure.
  • Cancellation policy: R1000 admin fee, the balance will be refunded if a replacement booking can be finalised in time.
  • Smoking policy: Please note that NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Failure to comply will forfeit the deposit.
  • Pets policy: Unfortunately no pets allowed.
  • Check-in and check-out times: Accommodation is normally ready at 14h00 and needs to be vacated at 10h00.
  • Extra fee applicable for late check-in without prior arrangements.
  • Servicing of apartment: Once per week (for stays of 7 nights and longer), fresh bedding included. Additional cleaning service available @ R100 (not on weekends).
