- Cancellation policy: R500 admin fee, the balance will be refunded if a replacement booking can be finalised in time.
- Smoking policy: Please note that NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Failure to comply will forfeit the deposit.
- Pets policy: Unfortunately no pets allowed.
- Check-in and check-out times: Accommodation is normally ready at 14h00 and needs to be vacated at 10h00.
- Extra fee applicable for late check-in without prior arrangements.
- Servicing of apartment: Once per week (for stays of 7 nights and longer), fresh bedding included. Additional cleaning service available @ R100 (not on weekends).
